Women of the ELCA

Purpose Statement

As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, and promote healing and wholeness in the Church, the Society, and the World.

There are six Womens' Circles available-

Lydia CIrcle, second Mon. - 7:00 pm

Martha Circle, second Mon. - 9:00am

Mary Circle, second Thurs. - 9:00am(after first Mon.)

Miriam CIrcle, second Tues. - 1:00pm( after first Mon.)

Rebecca Circle, second Tues. - 7pm (after first Mon.)

Sarah CIrcle, second Mon. -1:30pm 

Some of the important projects the women are involved in, are organizing annual drives for kits for Lutheran World Relief,  to be sent to needy families, making quilts for those in need, and constructing the beautiful banners that hang in the church. Women also meet for prayer breakfasts once a week.
